Although OrzPay strives for real-time processing, delays may occasionally occur due to external systems.
6. Fees
Certain services may attract transaction fees.
Applicable fees will always be communicated before transaction confirmation.
OrzPay reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.
7. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high system availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect availability.
8. Intellectual Property

- Logos
- Graphics
- Software
- APIs
- Documentation
- Website design
- Trademarks
remain the exclusive property of OrzPay.
No material may be copied or reproduced without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Some services integrate with:

- Mobile Network Operators
- Payment Providers
- Government Agencies
OrzPay is not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrzPay shall not be liable for:

- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Delays caused by third parties
Our liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid for the affected transaction where applicable.
